Important Note:

 

Weather conditions: The weather in the Solu-Khumbu region can be unpredictable, and you may experience extreme temperatures, strong winds, and heavy rain during your trek. It is important to pack accordingly and bring warm and waterproof clothing, as well as a hat, gloves, and sunscreen.

 

Physical fitness: The Everest View Trek is considered a moderate trek, and requires a good level of physical fitness. It is important to be in good shape before starting your trek, and to prepare by training beforehand, such as by going on long hikes or runs.

Itinerary

Day 1

On the first day of your trip, you will arrive in Kathmandu, and Adventure Club's official representative will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 2

On the second day of your trip, you will go on a city tour of Kathmandu, visiting some of the most famous landmarks and temples in the city.

 

The first stop of your tour will be the Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the "Monkey Temple." Located on a hill overlooking Kathmandu, this temple is a major Hindu and Buddhist pilgrimage site and is considered one of the oldest and holiest temples in Nepal. The temple is home to many shrines and statues and is known for its stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains.

 

Next, to the Pashupatinath Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site located on the banks of the Bagmati River. This temple is considered one of the most important Hindu shrines in Nepal and is dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Hindu deity of destruction and regeneration.

 

Your final stop will visit the Boudhanath Stupa, another UNESCO World Heritage site located in the suburbs of Kathmandu. This stupa is one of the largest in Nepal and is considered a major Buddhist pilgrimage site. The stupa has a distinctive white dome with a golden spire and is surrounded by prayer wheels, monasteries, and shops selling Tibetan and Buddhist artifacts.

Day 3

On the third day of your trip, you will take a flight to Lukla, a small town located in the Solu-Khumbu region of Nepal. The flight takes about 35 minutes and offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon arriving in Lukla, you will start your trek to Phakding, a charming village located at an altitude of 2,651 meters. The trek takes about 4 hours and follows a well-marked trail through beautiful forests and meadows. Along the way, you will pass through small villages, cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Kosi River, and get a chance to interact with the local Sherpa people.

 

Phakding is a small village with a few guesthouses and restaurants, where you can rest and get some rest before continuing your trek the next day. The village is located near the Sagarmatha National Park, and is a great place to spot a variety of flora and fauna, including Himalayan Thars, Danphe, and Musk Deer.

 

The trek from Lukla to Phakding is a great introduction to the Everest View Trek with Adventure club and offers a chance to get acclimated to the altitude and the beautiful landscapes of the Solu-Khumbu region.

Day 4

On the fourth day of your trip, you will continue your trek to Namche Bazaar, a bustling market town located at an altitude of 3,441 meters. The trek takes about 6 hours and follows a well-marked trail through beautiful forests and meadows, offering stunning views of the Himalayan peaks, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

 

Along the way, you will pass through several small villages, cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Kosi River, and get a chance to interact with the local Sherpa people. You will also pass through the Sagarmatha National Park, where you can spot a variety of flora and fauna, including Himalayan Thars, Danphe, and Musk Deer.

 

Namche Bazaar is a bustling market town with a variety of guesthouses, restaurants, and shops selling local handicrafts and souvenirs. The town is also home to several monasteries and cultural centers, where you can learn more about the local culture and traditions.

 

The trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar is a challenging but rewarding experience and offers a chance to experience the stunning landscapes and the rich culture of the Solu-Khumbu region.

On the fifth day of your trip, you will hike to the Everest View Hotel takes about 4 hours round trip and follows a well-marked trail through beautiful forests and meadows, offering stunning views of the Himalayan peaks, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, and many others peaks.

 

The Everest View Hotel is a luxurious hotel located at an altitude of 3,880 meters, offering panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. From the hotel, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Mountains.

 

After exploring the hotel and enjoying the views, you will retrace your steps back to Namche Bazaar, where you can spend the rest of the day exploring the town, visiting the local monasteries, and the National Park office. The hike to the Everest View Hotel is a great way to acclimatize to the altitude and enjoy the stunning landscapes of the Solu-Khumbu region.

Day 6

On the sixth day of your trip, you will start your trek back to Phakding, retracing your steps from Namche Bazaar. The trek takes about 4-5 hours and follows the same route you took on the way up, offering a chance to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and charming villages along the way.

Day 7

On the seventh day of your trip, you will continue your trek back to Lukla, where you will spend the night. The trek takes about 3-4 hours and follows the same route you took on the way up, offering a chance to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and charming villages along the way.

 

Lukla is a small town located in the Solu-Khumbu region of Nepal, known for its airport and its role as the starting point of the Everest View Trek. The town has a variety of guesthouses, restaurants, and shops selling local handicrafts and souvenirs, and is a great place to interact with the local Sherpa people and learn about their culture and traditions.
